These terms cover the Donut Learn app and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you are setting up the app for a child, you agree on their behalf and are responsible for how the app is used.
The app
- Donut Learn is free for personal, home and classroom use. Please don't use it commercially.
- The app is provided under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.
- We work hard to make the lessons accurate and helpful, but the app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and it does not replace a teacher.
Your data
Version 1.0 of the app stores progress only on your device. See the Privacy Policy. Please keep your device and its backups safe. If the device is lost or reset, you may lose your progress.
Our content
The lessons, voice recordings, characters and artwork in Donut Learn belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Please don't copy, sell or redistribute them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the app or website.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
